The Top-Flight Mallard Storage experience begins as you approach the well-lit, secured and gated facility through an industrial park that has been custom-designed for tractor/trailer accessibility, within an easy drive of West Omaha, Waterloo, Valley, and Mallard Landing areas.

Flood-Proof
Did you know that all ducks have highly waterproof feathers as a result of an intricate feather structure and a specially waxed coating? We simply couldn’t be true to our name, if we didn’t offer flood resistant benefits to our storage units, because your prized assets deserve a perfectly dry nest. Our 10 acres of property has been proactively elevated and rests above the “100-year floodplain.” We have carefully engineered water drainage that surrounds the storage area as well to ensure that no water will ever reach your RV or Boat while in our storage center!
24-Hour Digital Surveillance
At Mallard Storage, we’ve got a bird’s eye view on everything that takes place at our facility. Our team has invested in advanced surveillance systems to protect your assets when stored at our storage facility. Front gate, entryways, and all units are digitally recorded and secured on an ultra-secure cloud system. With our state-of-the-art security in place, you’ll never feel like a sitting duck knowing that we’ve got your prized asset under our wings.
Electronic Gate Access
We use electronic gate systems to limit access to our facilities. Each one of our customers has his, her, or their own unique access code.
Our Android and iPhone app allows you to open and close the gate and your door in the comfort of your vehicle. Don’t roll down your window or get out in the rain or snow anymore to enter your code on the pushpad
24-Hour Storage Access
Our standard storage access hours are 24 hours, 365 days a year. If there is ever a day added to the calendar year, you can count on having access to our facility on that day too!
Quality Illumination
The facilities, loading areas, driveways, and parking lots are well lit with ample lighting. Rest assured your assets won’t ever be sitting in a dark, unlit storage lot or building.
Fenced Property
The entire facility is fenced with a 6’ chain link fence.

Mallard Storage really designed their RV storage facility for the RV owner in mind. The design features speak loudly to what customers want and what they need in a vehicle storage facility.
Parking
The RV parking facility is spread out over 9+ acres. You will find extra wide driveways, 30-degree angle parking, and large turning radiuses throughout the facility. Spaces range in a wide variety of sizes and types like pull-through spaces.
Customers enjoy the wider spaces making maneuverability easy even for the novice RV’er. The extra-wide drive isles design makes the facility feel user-friendly. All spaces are lined and numbered clearly identifying your space.
